The other day, as I sipped the flavorful and oily crema on my cup of espresso, blessing the Barista who had just pulled the perfect shot, I couldn’t but help overhear a conversation. But it certainly beats having to log on to my smartphone every time I work out. I hate lollygagging and this lets me avoid it.
  3. It is all you need: Bikini Body guide 1.0 and 2.0 are all you need to get into that Bikini Body. This comes from someone who has tried the Bikini Body Guide 3.0 firsthand and found nothing novel in the workout routines that are being sold as a step-up from the earlier version. Not really.
  4. You can try and then scale up: The Kayla Itsines workout plans pdf gives you the flexibility to try one of the workouts and then scale up if it works for you. If it doesn’t, you save yourself some money and wish adieu to Kayla and her cult. Maybe some other time.
